Snack before lunch- Red Bull and some cup cakes :feelskek::feelskek:

Lunch- some pasta + celsius+ slightly cooked eggs+ hot chips :feelskek::feelsahh:

Evening- cup cakes or Hershey+ raw deer liver+ celsius

Dinner- Steak or some sheit + more cup cakes or dessert + one more red bull + Hot chips

I dont wat breakfast and then ground beef with sweet potatoe and cheese and then on training days some mandarins preworkout snd then some chicken and cucumber wnd then what my mom makes and then a liter of milk(y)

Calories for sure I’m hitting:feelskek: but protein may be lacking a bit, but I’ve naturally gotten muscle without working out since I’m only 16, but will start eating more protein soon
