Just eat a bit of protein, eat a lot of food you look skinny and im sure you think you eat enough but youre probably underestimating how much you actually eat (Doesnt mean you eat junk empty calories which make you fat) Put shoulders and lats in the front of sessions and carb-load before each session. get a good pre-workout. Consistency is key train each muscle atleast 2 times a week. Just make sure to get minimum 60 grams carbs 1 hour pwo, go buy candy after school otw to the gym, and mix the pre at school drink it otw to the gym. Thats what i do. fat and protein dont worry about it just make sure to get enough protein.
