Rate my frame and bidelt (downward lighting & "fraud" angle)

Mirror pic with downward lighting taken 6-7ft away. Pose is a bit fraud since its at like a 3/4 angle with my torso turning frontally.

I measured my bideltoid breadth for the first time:
- lat spread (but arms in neutral position): 58cm - 22.8in
- neutral position: 49cm - 19.3in
- retracted scapulas: 46cm - 18.1in

For reference, my waist circumference this morning was 76cm - 29.9in

Thanks bro, i got a gym membership 2 weeks ago. Next workout is tomorrow. Gotta up my calorie intake though, thats my main issue. I have literally 0 appetite, if i don't remember i have to eat i can go a full day eating 0 calories with 0 hunger
