a shit ton of lifting and calisthenics. i focus on movements that put pressure on the clavicles, such as farmers carries (safely). be consistent in the gym, pray you have good genetics, eat a lot of complete amino proteins, get every micronutrient and vitamin necessary (especially d3 and k2 so calcium is actually directed to bone).

The biggest factor is starting early. the first picture i was 13, i started lifting at 14. i just turned 16 last month. the body adapts to stress, and lifting during puberty is op for your frames development.

i personally dont do any squatting movements as to protect my growth plates and spine, i only do tire flips and deadlifts because i can protect my growth better that way. i also dont recommend training legs for hypertrophy or youll look like a retard in clothes, throws off your proportions.

also focus on hormonal optimization through whatever means necessary, much easier if you just blast. youll also see way better results skeletally.
