What's good fellow social rejects. About a month ago I posted a rate thread here and got some good advice. One piece of advice was to hit the gym considering I'm tall and skinny. Most of the photos I posted focused on my face so today I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my frame and what I can improve. I started Layne Norton's PHAT program a month ago and have noticed some decent strength gains but have yet to see size gains which is expected in a time period this short. Here's my info and pics:

Weight: 164LBS.
Body Fat Percentage: 14.7%.
Neck Circumference: 14 Inches.
Hip Circumference: 36.5 Inches.
Waist Circumference: 32.25 Inches.
Waist to Hip Ratio: 0.87.
Waist to Height Ratio: 0.44.
Shoulder circumference: 44.5 Inches.
Shoulder to Waist Ratio: 1.38.
Chest Circumference: 36 Inches.
Wrist Circumference: 17.7cm / 6.97 Inches.
