What's good fellow social rejects. About a month ago I posted a rate thread here and got some good advice. One piece of advice was to hit the gym considering I'm tall and skinny. Most of the photos I posted focused on my face so today I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my frame and what I can improve. I started Layne Norton's PHAT program a month ago and have noticed some decent strength gains but have yet to see size gains which is expected in a time period this short. Here's my info and pics:

Measurements:

Height: 6'1.
Weight: 164LBS.
Body Fat Percentage: 14.7%.

Neck Circumference: 14 Inches.
Hip Circumference: 36.5 Inches.
Waist Circumference: 32.25 Inches.
Waist to Hip Ratio: 0.87.
Waist to Height Ratio: 0.44.
Shoulder circumference: 44.5 Inches.
Shoulder to Waist Ratio: 1.38.
Chest Circumference: 36 Inches.
Wrist Circumference: 17.7cm / 6.97 Inches.

my face is normie it can be worked with.
To add on to this my facer is normie at 15% bf, depending on how I look if I move down to 10% I could get better cheekbone definition and improve my face.

Where are you finding this? A quick google search disagrees but I didn't look carefully I may be wrong.
Even If true I wanna drop my percentage anyway to increase muscle definition which is bit lacking right now. Vascularity on my arms is pretty good right now though, especially when it gets hot out.

not ideal but I’ve seen worse
Don't think anything will stick out or look off it bulk up? I plan to work my traps a lot to make my neck not look as long.

Good to hear. Trying to break out of mid tier normie category if possible. Plus I've always been a weak twig and wanna be stronger.

I was worried about narrow shoulders but I suppose it shouldn't be a big issue because they aren't sloped which IMO is the bigger issue.

Measure the bideltoid, it's below average
Can't measure that rn but how's the rest of my frame besides that. Plus can't I make that wider as my muscles get bigger.
