Day 1 – Push Full Body

  • Incline machine press or bench press (chest)
  • Machine shoulder press (front delts)
  • EZ-bar tricep pushdown (triceps)
  • Cable lateral raises (side delts)
  • Hamstring curl (hamstrings)

Day 2 – Pull Full Body

  • Wide-grip lat pulldown (lats)
  • Chest-supported row (upper back)
  • Preacher curls (biceps)
  • Wrist curls (forearms)
  • Leg extensions (quads)
  • Calf raises (calves)
  • Reeves shrugs (frame?)

I do around 6-8 reps with around 80% of my 1 rep max

Is there anything u guys would change/recommend?

You should try to do until failure for 2 sets for like each machine imo and see how it works. Cause after I switched to doing that I gained more muscle then I did before.

Everyone´s body is different, what works for you best, stick to that, always experiment if you feel like your not getting good results. the best workout plan is what your body is asking for, not mine.

I do a similar split i do push+leg ext, pull+leg curl, I assume you do everything to failure? and 2 sets? are you natty or not btw?

I forgot to put my sets 🤦‍♂️I do 3 sets 6-8 reps, I usually don’t go till failure tho, other than on bench

do 2 sets failure, also just get a gymbro/spotter/or use safeties or use non risky machines when u go to failure so you dont get injured and shit

U need two exercises for chest one smth like an incline chest press/incline smith press and some fly variation. bench press is NOT a good exercise to build chest. do incline chest press and pec deck instead
