Dumbell lateral raises 6 sets 8-10 each side
Arnold press 4 sets until failure
Cable lateral raises 2 sets until failure

That’s it for now
Also gave me a much more dominant appearance, much more than 2 years of gymcelling ever did

It’s a worthy cope, better than wasting time destroying myself and just destroy my shoulders, especially since I have a very small waist after getting lean
