Exercise selection: flat barbell bench press, weighted chin ups, dumbbell curls. Stair climbing, some leg presses. yes that’s it.
Monday-Sunday: train whatever I feel like training each day, focusing on just 2-3 of my exercise selection and perusing progressive overload every day I can.
