Exercise selection: flat barbell bench press, weighted chin ups, dumbbell curls. Stair climbing, some leg presses. yes that’s it.

Monday-Sunday: train whatever I feel like training each day, focusing on just 2-3 of my exercise selection and perusing progressive overload every day I can.
Result?

If that’s so I just have to get stronger and muscle will follow eventually, I just don’t want to bulk and get fat. I like to have pound for pound strength.
 
You're there. Just keep doing what you're doing and stay away from calorie whores.

seems very normie tier , 5/10 for me. If your workouts aren't pushing you to your absolute limit it's over.

Good routine but also include barbell overhead press and lateral raises, upright raises
shoulders >>> chest when it comes to aesthetics

seems very normie tier , 5/10 for me. If your workouts aren't pushing you to your absolute limit it's over.

Dude what I have in my hands is just 225… not 415… and I doubt I will ever bench more than 315 at 145lbs :feelswhy: also my grip strength is insane you have no idea, I do captain of crush #3 for reps

his movement are too erratic, He's trying to injurymaxx. You need to workout until you throw up (done it many times) but you also need full range of motion, Proper form and controlled movement too.
