Somatropin is rHGH, you can just say one or the other.
You don't need BPC/TB and GHK-CU is not good for treating scarring.
Drop it and use a more appropriate isotretinoin dose.
Use non-steroidal AI instead of Aromasin.
Supps are fine. Nothing inherently problematic. But you should be cycling Ashwagandha if you don't want to raise baseline cortisol.

and why should i not reap the benefits of BPC/TB?, GHK-cu is good for achieving perfect skin regardless

steroidal AI mogs imo, way less side effects

but but but evilfemboyjames uses 160mg accutane

ill start cycling da ashwagandha sir

right isotretinoin doesn't interfere with either bones or growth plates unless used excessively at super high doses for long duration

I have no idea why everyone here is blasting you when this is a good cycle.
Regarding the changes that I suggest;
1)Systemic GHK might decrease igf 1 sensitivity so take a look there, Id suggest topical along with microneedling.
2)800mg of calcium citrate is not that much , also calcium supplements tend to be hard on the gut whilst compromised bioavailability also is usual of them. Stop them and drink 1-1.5 litres of milk. Careful not to go too overboard with the milk (might cause kidney stones) .
Rest looks fantastic.

Also , I have a question: is the magnesium elemental or total?

Do you genuinely believe 40-100mg is low? You’re correct that its dose-dependent as your body can compensate for the damage to an extent but thats like 10-20mg daily

If you use a poison for 10 days you still get affected by it it doesn’t just spawn in with side effects after a 3-month mark

Any vitamin a derivative at any dose impacts your bone formation but low doses can be compensated for but still the damage is done, this the reason everybody uses 10-20mg and not 100mg

Ruins appeal but it’s whats underneath your skin that matters, and also your height/frame. You wont magically start attracting htbs because you lost some acne

oh yea i also drink a ton of milk so taking the calcium might be an overkill

and not sure what you mean by "elemental" if you wanna specify that

You’re losing more than a few cms lol this is literally raping your plates as its pushing you towards osteoclastogenesis=more bone resorption

Elemental is the amount of magnesium that is bioavailable (absorbed and utilised by your body). I take magnesium glycinate aswell, the total magnesium is 2000mg per 2 tabs but the elemental magnesium is only 440mg.

ah yea mine doesn't state whether its total or elemental but says 350 per tab

Bone resorption has to do with bone mineral density not epiphyseal ossification. It will not make you shorter even by a singular nano meter.

i haven't ever heard of Accutane causing bone loss or plate closure unless used at insane doses, can you link me a study sar?

The studies showing “clinically insignificant growth stunt” (-3cm): yo

Do you even know what osteoclastogenesis is or even what osteoclasts are, it also affects cortical bone and is present in the growth plates its not only trabecular bone; bmd :feelswhy:

No way you are taking 4 tabs of MG gly.
I will be able to tell if is elemental or not.
Do you observed a laxative effect after taking the tabs in the morning?

Osteoclasts are cells that break down bone:feelshah:.
Regarding the studies; please link it, I dont understand why isotretinoin would be resulting in 3cms of height loss. Maybe there is another pathway but Osteoclasts are surely not capable of compromising height that too at such an extent.

no zagro blud, I'm not as sufficient in the osteoblast bone growth subject as you are sar, but I've been using 40mg isotretinoin for like 15 days, 60mg for 5 days and 80mg for 2 days and 100mg for one day, would that have caused severe damage already or nah?

oh nah no laxative effect, i take it before bed tho
Its not elemental then . If you were consuming 1400mgs of elemental mag , you would be having very loose bowel movement . Id recommend to switch to some other company of Magnesium.
