4 pieces of bacon
3/4 cup of Greek yogurt 2% fat
1/4 cup of applesauce
Protein bar
Snickers bar yeah I know it’s bad but one won’t kill me
Also zinc+mag supplement and ashwaghanda and appigenin
Comes out to about 2000cals
190 grams of protein and 80 grams of fat mostly saturated fats
