1. There is no individual free will- While it is impractical to act as though you do not have free will it is necessary you realize this truth and base your actions as if others do not. This will help you develop real compassion while simultaneously protecting you from harm. Once you realize that no one is in control of their actions you will stop being judgmental and hateful and learn to make very rational decisions that protect you from getting taken advantage of. It is also important to try and gain self awareness on the causes that influence your decisions. Understand the desires that drive your identity and learn to negotiate between them in an informed manner.

2. There is no good or evil- Good and evil are a false dichotomy. The only objective truth is the inevitably of causality. All actions have consequences and thus the true objective of morality is to cultivate the wisdom to understand the most optimal consequences and undertake the actions that lead to them. This type of wisdom is a very high standard to live up to but one that everyone ought to achieve nonetheless. Remember everything is an action, including your thoughts and the effects of your actions will affect everything including your very own identity.

3. Balance is the way to practical fulfillment- Everything in the universe moves towards a state of higher entropy or from a philosophical perspective, a more balanced state. Thus seeking balance should be a goal in and of itself. Governments should find a balance between extremes such as authoritarianism and freedom, social conservatism and progress etc... In turn, the individual should seek a personal balance in all things. A pertinent example for lookism posters is understanding how to find a balance between the blackpill, redpill and bluepill. Avoid extreme ideologies and absolute judgements are they are the path to ignorance and eventual catastrophe.

4. Embrace impermanence- Everything is constantly changing. Both suffering and pleasure are impermanent so learn to accept the former and learn to cherish and appreciate the latter. One day you will be on top of the world but in that very night your joy may turn to anguish. This is the nature of existence. People who attach themselves to false notions such as eternal love will inevitably be left disappointed.
