For context, I’m 23, male, and go to the gym almost daily. I do around an hour of cardio and 1-1.5 hours of weightlifting with a focus on the upper body. I would like to achieve a “V-taper” physique. I already supplement creatine, L-carnitine, and ashwagandha, and BCAAs. I am looking to begin supplementing zinc, pantothenic acid, and L-citrulline.
