For context, I’m 23, male, and go to the gym almost daily. I do around an hour of cardio and 1-1.5 hours of weightlifting with a focus on the upper body. I would like to achieve a “V-taper” physique. I already supplement creatine, L-carnitine, and ashwagandha, and BCAAs. I am looking to begin supplementing zinc, pantothenic acid, and L-citrulline.

• CJC-1295 with DAC.
• Ipamorelin.
• Tesamorelin, if possible.
• BPC-157.

I really don’t want acne; I’d feel like ropemaxxing if I had to deal with that.

it will help with recovery and stuff but it wont really help you make that much more gains

Yeah, I’m still making gains naturally at the moment, so I just want to maximize that without risking acne and liver damage. I have the time and willpower to train for hours if I need to, and I feel like I’d rather wait until hitting a potential plateau before considering SARMs or steroids or anything. Again, I really don’t want bad skin.
