Tbh I need to eat more fat
I ate
700 grams raw liver
20 raw eggs
Protein: ~320 g
Fat: ~180 g
Vitamin A: ~65,606 µg RAE → 7,289%
Vitamin B12: ~490 µg → 20,433%
Iron: ~60.7 mg → 759%
Copper: ~80.4 mg → 8,933%
Folate (B9): ~1,943 µg → 486%
Riboflavin (B2): ~26.4 mg → 2,031%
Niacin (B3): ~117 mg → 733%
Choline: ~5,594 mg → 1,017%
Calcium: ~2,260 mg → 174%
Zinc: ~26.8 mg → 244%

There was 9 eggs in that glass then I went and ate 11 more raw eggs afterwards
