Why you should not take plants and grains? It does not make any sense at all, no nutritionist or medic would advice you to not consume them.
 
Okay, for some conditions it might make sense to eliminate certain vegetables, but for general population level it does not justify to take all of the plants of the diet like bananas or fuits in general.
