600g pork shoulder - 720kcal 140g protein
oil - 22g - 200kcal
pineapple 300g - 150kcal

Total : around 1.5k cals , 140g prot, around 50g of fat and rest is carbs

i made a thread about mark wahlberg that had 5'7 in the title so someone mixed it up, btw i made a mistake 600g of pork shoulder isnt 140g its 120g protein
