No, it's not nutrition, unless you're overweight, but even then, the nose doesn't change based on fat, it's just genetics.

You definitely need a jaw surgery, focus on getting that before doing anything else.

You look like you have an underbite. I recommend you fix that. You don't need a lefort 3, just fix the underbite and you'll look way better.

I used to have an underbite too and ever since I fixed it, I look way better, I went from being invisible to being stared at by attractive women.

Here is how I would looksmax if I was you:

1 - Get a jaw surgery to fix the underbite. To do this, go see an orthodontist, get an x-ray of your jaw, then get a jaw surgeon through your orthodontist and they will fix the underbite. It will take around 1-2 months to recover.

2 - Once you recover enough from the surgery, gain 20-30 lbs of muscle and get an 18 inch neck.

3 - Then lean down to where you can see your abs by going on a slow cut of a 20% caloric deficit to your TDEE.

4 - Get better style of clothing that fits that muscular physique very well


Then you can just go out and talk to women and you'll be able to go on dates and get laid as much as you want or enter a relationship with a very beautiful woman, depending on what you prefer.

You don't need plastic surgeries, and you don't need extremely dangerous surgeries. A jaw surgery has some risks to it but unless you do it in a third world country or in sketchy neighborhood, there won't be any complications, just get a good surgeon.

You guys want to look good but you're not willing to put in the work.

My jaw surgery wasn't a walk in the park, it took me 2 years of braces and even now I have to wear a retainer every single night to keep my teeth aligned, it's not as easy as everyone thinks.

And the same goes for every other hard looksmax out there like gymmaxing, neckmaxxing and leanmaxxing, it's not impossible but it's not super easy either, you have to put in the effort and remain consistent.

At the same time, it depends on your goals, if you just want a girlfriend, you can get that even if you're ugly.
But if you want lots of hookups, you'll need to put in a LOT of work into improving your looks.
Even in my case, the jaw surgery wasn't enough to achieve this, because I need bigger muscles and a leaner face and a thicker neck, more money and my own apartment. I could get an attractive girlfriend now though.

Bro he talked to a surgeon and the surgeon said he said lefort 3 and not lefort 1. I think you mean he needs lefort 1 but thats not the case, his upper maxilla and cheekbones are recessed aswell, he needs full lefort 3 to fix the problem.
