actually train lowerbody more than upperbody but due to my bodyfat distribution a lot of my bodyfat is stored in my legs, basically for you to see defined quadriceps I'd have to lose at least 5kg

I was 59kg (130lbs) at 1m85 (6'1) before I started lifting, I don't experience a whole lot of satisfaction or pleasure from eating and it has always been this way since I was a kid. Before I started caring about my diet/health/physique I would just wake up and not eat until like 4 hours later simply because I wasn't hungry. Then I'd eat a slightly above average meal and I'd be good until like ~3 hours before I would go to bed, where I would eat an average meal.Really?
