No not at all, I don't even eat/train anywhere near optimally (although I'd be lying if I told you I neglected it, I still train at least 3 days a week consistently for years now).

not a good frame, but you have good abs and evenly placed muscule, making i the perfect normie beach body so i guess its good enough

clavicles are angled too much, wish I was broader, my waist is ok though

actually train lowerbody more than upperbody but due to my bodyfat distribution a lot of my bodyfat is stored in my legs, basically for you to see defined quadriceps I'd have to lose at least 5kg

abs and chest look really good far as I can tell! Your frame could use a bit of work I advise some lateral work or reeves deadlift/shrugs to build a better frame

don't believe in bf% measurements, honestly everything gives you different numbers

diet is nothing too unusual when it comes to macros (1.5-2x bodyweight in kgs as grams of protein per day) but I'm vegan and mostly eat whole foods, although I don't think my individual food choices had a large impact on my body composition (just make sure you get enough protein and calories)

based vegan, really good insertions also, could just lose a little bit of bodyfat for the lower abs, get your legs way bigger, and maybe some more lateral raises

6'1 and 75kg you are likely DYEL with a shirt on. You have a good body. Lean physique and good muscle insertions. You need to put on 10kg of muscle though while being lean. You will find the perfect balance between looking big in a shirt and maintaining a natty normie beach body.

I was 59kg (130lbs) at 1m85 (6'1) before I started lifting, I don't experience a whole lot of satisfaction or pleasure from eating and it has always been this way since I was a kid. Before I started caring about my diet/health/physique I would just wake up and not eat until like 4 hours later simply because I wasn't hungry. Then I'd eat a slightly above average meal and I'd be good until like ~3 hours before I would go to bed, where I would eat an average meal.
