Yeah in a short it doesn’t even look like I lift cause of forarms. I just started training thwm. And abbs will come with being leaner but I train them alilcool for the summer worthy
abs need heavy work tho, bigger forearms too, good biceps & chest
when you train abs make sure the movement flexes your spine. planks or hanging leg raises dont flex your spine, so the abs are used as secondary muscles. go with something like decline situps, crunch machine, or rope crunches.Yeah in a short it doesn’t even look like I lift cause of forarms.
