Let's look at it logically,

You haven't tried either SARMs or counting calories before, and your goal is to lower your bodyfat

There's proven studies showing how tracking your protein/carb intake while cutting can help you do this

People take SARMs and other chemicals for building muscle, gaining weight and general, and sometimes also cutting

Why do you trust Chinese tranny chemicals over something that you can immediately apply to yourself today with no unintended consequences/ unresearched effects? You're about to royally fuck yourself with the dumbest possible reasoning
Im planning on doing both , I already know my calories have been lower the past week without tracking just trhough the fact that I keep my water intake the same and am leaner and weigh less. want to be slightly leaner while still having slightly more muscle, at this point in being natty I'd have to choose on or the other. If i want a little more muscle ill have to bulk but if i wanna lean down i wont be able to retain as much muscle. I understand what you are saying though

I don't think you need gear bro.

Just start focusing on other stuff you need to improve in your life while you run your physique in maintenance, with a specialization program on each mesocycle for the muscles you want to bring up.

Top genetics + starting competitive team aport at a young age.

I keep telling people this but they never played a hyper-aggressive team sport and rotted in a room throughout their teens so they don't get it.

Great physique, it’s rare for a natty to look this good. You don’t need heavy roids or anything, maybe a bit of test, anavar or sarms and you’re fine. You can take HGH or MK-677 with CJC if you want more frame growth.

Really appreciate all your input, and good to know then I was browsing the height maxing ones thats why I decided on mk didnt know it wasn't classified as a sarm. Yeah maybe mesos for each group would work honestly I should have specified more clearly that it was only for height maxing.

For reference I am turning 19 in 4 months so not freshly 18. 225 at 16 was halfway to 17, probably around 170 lbs maybe more I have a video of when I hit it.
Nevertheless very impressive. Looks like you picked the right parents . Your genes remind me of this genetic freak who I knew when was a low follow count( sub 1k). His Instagram is Johneffer.

The guy at 14 mogged most 25 year olds with lifting experience. And by the time he was 17 he got super jacked and then everyone kept saying he was juicing. He looked 25 at the age of 16 both facially and frame wise .

He then started roiding at 18 and blew up even more so it confirmed that he was being honest, going to show some people just are insanely genetically gifted.


Imo your easily top 5% genes , have the genes to become a Olympia physique athlete .

Good genetics can out perform shit genes on every roid , and even average genes on low dose of roids.

This is what people need to understand. Also roids have a genetic component to them. The way your body reacts, metabolises the drugs ect is mostly genetics. The super hyper responders are very rare. Although I’d argue that a guy with average genetics on roids will almost always outcompete a natural with good genetics ( not exceptional though).

Yea also depends on race. The average roided East Asian or Indian as well as arab on roids would build less muscle then a average natty African or Dutch/ German . Those groups have insane muscle development
