drop the workouts u started w fr
i started with 20 pushups for 4 sets, you gotta be explosive and control the eccentric
did planks 4 sets to failure for abs
also bought a pullup bar and did static dead hangs and practiced how to do pullups w good form
eventually when you progress and get stronger you can do diff pushup variations (handstand pushups is goated for building big shoulders) and add weight w a backpack or weighted vest also applies with dips and pullups too
