based waist to clavicle ratio brah, add 250 calories above ur maintenance and get ur protein in, u will barely put on any bodyfat and u will put on muscle, W genetics, u can t tone muscle with high reps and light weight, they dont work like that. get a good split and go 3 days per week and get shredded.

any split is good, i personally do push pull legs, do any split u want, the only thing that matters is the diet

u have good potential bro just forkmaxx and put some weight on. U have a good shoulder to waist ratio which will do wonders for u when u put on some mass. I’ll add a pic for credential purposes im young myself too. Based core too bro ur lean lock in.
