from top to bottom:
-rosemary oil on temples
-sea salt spray texture powder while going out
-trimmed brows
-castor oil on eyebrows & lashes
-eyepulling&squint
-tret on nose
-shaved facial hair
-under eye cream
- gua sha
-sunscreen daily
-gym 6 times a week (shoulders&abs priority)
-chondritin for height
-creatine
-multivitamins
-high protein diet
-no bread no dairy products
-earth tone fits
-teeth stripes
-spf lip balm


I might have missed out some. Feel free to add more looksmaxxing methods (softmaxx mostly)

You say high protein but cut out one of the easiest high quality sources of protein, milk and eggs.
High protein (more than 0.8g per lb of bw) is already a big healthmin which will end up being a looksmin
Chondroitin will do practically nothing for height, glucosamide included
Gym 6 times a week is cucked
Sunscreen daily I don't even have to explain
Eyepulling is full cope and squint makes you look retarded, not better
 
Pretty good but with the height inflation of the current age 184 isn’t even that special anymore. Idk how old you are but assuming your growth plates aren’t closed yet, if you can get up to 190-195 it will help you massively.
