current age: 16.2 ~ current height: morning: 5'10.2 | night: 5'9.6

mk677 (starting at 12mg before bed and increasing to 20mg if my blood glucose doesnt go crazy)
huperzine A 200mcg daily
pyridoxal 5 phosphate (to negate possible prolactin risk)
berberine (i dont wanna die)
k2 mk4 (this will make my bones turn into ramirez trust me bro)
L arginine (building block yes?)
chrysin (aromatase inhib)
dim (aromatase inhib)
stinging nettle root extract (aromatase inhib)
magnesium glycinate chelate (wtf is this)
vitamins
fish oil
garlic
creatine
protein (190 mg daily) (im 140lb)
(blood glucose monitor kit)

did i miss anything

i cant afford hgh and I dont have a fridge to store peptides. help me out smart people!

why huperzine A? It does not work. There is NO reason to use it for heightmaxxing. Also while magnesium glycinate is usefull for helping you sleep, it is not as potent in the brain as other forms, especially magnesium in acetyl taurinate salt and magnesium l-threonate. Im not 100% convinced your aromatase inhibition will be strong enough to cause a significant effect tbh, but I might be wrong on that as I havent looked into aromasin inhibition as much.

if u are spending ONLY 150 for all of that a month, u are buying some cheap bullshit anyway that is likely not doing anything

You can get a cjc-1295/ipamorelin nose spray from pure rawz. Those peptides are better than mk-677 but it wouldn't hurt to take both. Strontium can help bones but it has some risks. Good supplement list but you probably dont need all that

Soy is estrogenic, avoid it.
Smoothies, it depends on what's in there.

What are the risks of strontium?
Heart disease. Its supposedly really effective at building bone but the side effects can be troublesome. It used to be prescribed for people with risk of bone fractures. Do your own research and make your own personal decision.
