Push (Monday) :

1. Bench Press
2. Overhead Press
3. Barbell Incline Bench Press
4. Skull crushers
5. Triceps Rope Pushdown
6. Lateral Raise


Pull (Wednesday):

1. Barbell Rows
2. Pull-Ups
3. Trap bar shrugs
4. Face Pulls
5. Bicep Curls
6. Hammer Curls

Legs (Friday):

1. Squats
2. Good Mornings
3. Romanian Deadlifts
4. Leg Press
5. Leg Curls
6. Leg Extensions

Bonus: Arm day

Can add this on Saturday's and go all out on isolations for triceps', biceps and forearms.

My personal favorite:

1. Close Grip Bench Press (Triceps focus)
2. Skull Crushers
3. Triceps Pushdown
4. Chin-ups (or DB Curls)
5. Bicep Curls
6. Hammer Curls

Don't neglect calves and hamstrings. Otherwise, looks ok

May throw in deadlift's because their great for hamstrings and traps + spinal erectors.

Doesn't look bad at all. Try Coolcicidas PPL from BB forum. Was my primary routine from 16 years to 19 years old. Am 25 now and haven't lifted for a few years, but this routine served me very well for aesthetics. Not so much for strength though. Depends on what you want.

Forgot everthing I used to do, but I would add in dips to this routine on push days.

Looks good too although i would do deadlifts after squats because of the amazing upper back and erector thickness gained through conventional deadlifts and avoid all leg isolation's considering they dont carry over much to the squat and deadlifts besides leg pressing, rdl's, good mornings and rack pulls.
