I need a good ppl routine which consits at least one compound lift each day
Push(Chest Tri Shoulders)
Pull(Back Bi)
Legs
For push 2 exercise for each muscle group
Pull 3 for each
Legs 5-6
I am thinking
1st Push
CHEST - Incline Bench , Machine Chest Press
Fitness Machine chest press

Tri - Push Downs , Cable Pushdowns
SHOULDER - Side raise, Front Raise

1st Pull
Back - Deadlift, wide grip pull down, cable rows

Bi - Bicep Curls, Hammer, forearm

Legs
Squats , Leg extension,Leg press Hamstrings, calf

2nd Pull
CHEST - Flat Bench Press, machinr flys

Shoulder - Shoulder Press, Shrugs, rear delts

Tri - Dips, overhead tri

2nd Pull
Back - Cable lats each side, rows lying on bench, back machine

Bi- Barbel curl, bicep machine
