Hello, this is my first ever post on here so I apologise if it is shit. For reference i am 189cm tall, 70Kg, blonde( though the picture doesnt do it justice), Blue eyes.
Phase 1 Skin careMy skin constantky goes through purge phases so I will be implementing the following to combat this and have clear skin:
Phase 3 Eye areaMy eyes have a fairly low canthal tilt and decently minimal ue lid exposure.
Phase 4 The main Growth stack.I have experience with Rad140 and I absolutely hated it, It is absolute goblin piss, Yeah the physical gains were okay but no conversion to DHT and it supresses you wtaf is the point.
Phase 5: Nootropics/Education.I have ADHD, Most likely Autism but not Harvey price level so thats fine.
This is my more or less my full protocol as it stands right now minus my diet, gym plan and other misc which are tbd.
Let me know what you think please and please give me suggestions for improvements.

Phase 1 Skin care
Isotretinoin- shrinks pores reduces acne. GHK-CU- I Have used this before however not in enough quantity so I only saw minor improvements before I ran out but I will be purchasing more to last a while and see good effects. MT-2 THE ABSOLUTE HOLY GRAIL, I owe my whole life to MT-2, Seriously as someone who has always been bullied in school, and yes I mean bullied, for being a pale blonde kid ( pretty much white) MT-2 Has saved me. The tan I get is absolutely incredible when usually there would not even be a glimmer of me being able to tan I will insert pictures here- Before:After:
-Just after uploading it I see that it kinda looks like ive got fake tan on but I can assure you its not and I was extremely tanned everywhere by the end of this holiday.![]()
Astaxanthin,Lycopen,Beta carotene- To gradually build a darker skin tone without asmuch MT2. Zinc- Controls oil cheap as shit Tretinoin cream ( ONLY when NOT on Isotretinoin) Potentially I will experiment with BCP-157 however I am sceptical as to wether this would be worth it as I have little scarring. And NAD + for skin cell regeneration possibly.- Finally I will just get a La roche posay skin care set with an oil wash and a gel wash or something idk not too bothered.
Phase 2 Jaw/Mouth area
I think my ramus is quite tall and has an ideal angle. My maxilla could be more forward grown. My chin is my most recessed feature unfortunately.
Ive been on orthodontics for like 3 years and now im on a retainer, Im gonna start wearing that properly to actually see the benefits of it for my overbite. Jaw trainer- Build chewing muscles equally as I have a very large indifference between the chewing muscle on the left side and right which is annoying Palate expander?- considering, not sure if I need it or how I would know to need it as I have a pretty square face already. MOST IMPORTANTLY I will whiten my teeth using a hydrogen peroxide set.
Phase 3 Eye area
Dye eyebrows/ eyelashes- Because I am very blonde as mentioned earlier my eyebrows are not optimally dark I will dye them to create a better contrast between my blue eyes, skin tone, and hair which I may also dye. Eyebags- Is Vollufine cope? seems like its gonna be a waste of money ngl. I Ice roll my face every morning.
Phase 4 The main Growth stack.
Test E 400mg - Split into 3 doses during the week to prevent high and lows. HCG 400iu Weekly- Keep the swimmers swimming. Aromasin 12.5mg 2x per week - Manage oestrogen levels from test to ensure no early growth plate fusion and gyno. HGH 5iu ED- Mainly for height growth maximising and recovery. Andostanolone- Genuinely the only PED that I cannot find anywhere so probably not ( And no i dont want it in raw powder) IGF1-LR3 100mcg ED- Potentially will input if resistance becomes too high on HGH alone. Cialis- Good for the heart. Most likely I will finish off the cycle with Anavar for a more hardened muscle tone.
Phase 5: Nootropics/Education.
- Armodafinil 150mg- Not a traditional stimulant but it is a wakefulness drug by preventing the re-uptake of dopamine, helps me stay focused for hours and enjoy otherwise boring topics.
- Omega 3 fishoil- Brain health
- Alpha gpc- Brain health
- Bromantane- Non Stimulant, Enhances the synthesis of dopamine. Would like to cycle this inbetween Armodafinil.
- Noopet
- DSIP- Better sleep = less brain fog
- Semax- ts prolly cope ngl
