Sun 30min-1hr everyday for T and shit
Meditation 30m everyday for reducing cortisol + gratitude journaling
Gym (PPL) + Basketball + Swimming ( 3-4 hours of my day is spent fucking exercising jfl) chewing, mewing, chin tucks.
Asleep at 9-10pm abt 8hours everyday

Supps;
MK677, Ashwagandha, Creatine, Zinc, D3+K2.
Looking into adding an AI soon aswell.

Diet rich in organ meats, milk, and omega 3 fats aswell. Avoiding estrogens whenever possible aswell.

basically adding the blocks for your cells to grow and split = linear growth

since sulphate is very important for dna methylation
