not worth it - whether you believe in germ theory or not. If you want beneficial probiotic bacteria then clabber raw milk for a month. Raw eggs won't have anything good for you it's useless for gut health better off eating the yolk fresh and raw for taste and convenience. I am an avid raw consumer but I believe in Germ theory Aajonus was wrong about bacteria and parasites.
