Stop trolling me please
Yeah, it's cruel.

Bro, go for the le fort 1 surgery and you will look good, it will also fix your teeth and you will breathe better out of your nose.

You look like this girl in the before and surgery would make you look like her in the after or better.

He just needs to leanmax. His lower third is wide and it will end up good once he leanmaxxed. His face is also more dimorphic.

no. fillers or implants will fix it, maybe there's some soft tissue surgery for it as well but I don't know any off the top of my head

What makes you think that? You’re the one who always gets butthurt and mad if someone has another opinion. Just shows how insecure you really are. Your frauded pics aren’t a real representation.

@BlackpillRemedy 1 question, in bimax, is maxillary advancement included or only the lower part of maxilla?

also can bsso + ccw rotation be done in 1 surgery

Normally they advance the maxilla on the le fort 1 plane only, that's usually all the patient needs unless their mid-face is severely deficient.

Ofc bsso and ccw are done in the same surgery, bsso refers to the surgical technique used to advance the jaw, in the case of bsso it's cut from the mandibular ramus to the mandibular first molar. CCW (counter clockwise) is a specific type of movement you do with the segment of the jaw you cut in which you basically rotate the jaw in a counter clockwise direction, reducing the mandibular angle and projecting the furthest part of the mandible (the chin) more forward.

Not everyone needs CCW rotation although for recessed people it's the most commonly needed movement along with pure advancement.

Not every surgeon performs BSSO but for mandibular advancement it's currently the option that yields the best outcomes. For mandibular setback other surgical techniques may be needed like an inverter L osteotomy for big setbacks.

thanks bro that's really helpful, I'd go to giant implants in the future for trimax, it'd severely benefit me, I'm legitimately the prime candidate for it
