I’m not sure what is wrong w my face maybe recessed maxilla? Ik My hyoid is not great so I want to fix this in 2026 if I can, and also lose about 5-10kg.

I can send in dm if that’s fine bro. Yeah my lips are quite big I see that now. I try to stretch my mouth laterally every morning for about 3 mins so I can have a better nose to mouth width but I think I often overdo it, you will see in the pic I send you if youd like. Cuz my nose is for sure my biggest failio from the front
