i made it i focused it more on my shoulders,arms and back more



Day 1

Bench press

Incline brench press

Incline dumbell brench

Cable crossover

Lateral raises

Cable lateral raises

Reverse flies



Day 2


Bicep curls

Incline dumbell curls

Skullcrushers

Tricep pulldowns

Forearm curls



Day 3

Lat pulldown

Seated cable rows

Bent over Dumbell rows

Lateral raises

Cable lateral raises

Reverse flies



Day 4
Leg extension

Leg press

Bicep curls

Incline dumbell curls

Forearm curls



Day 5
Lat pulldown

Seated cable rows

Bent over Dumbell rows

Tricep pulldown

Skullcrushers

I made some revisions you could make to your split here:
Day 1 (Push + Shoulders)

Incline brench press

Cable crossover

Tricep Pushdown

Cable Lateral Raise

Reverse flies


Day 3 (Pull + Shoulders)

Lat pulldown

Seated cable rows

Reverse Flies

Cable Lateral Raise

Hammer Curls


Day 5 (Arms + Shoulders)

Bicep curls

Skullcrushers

Forearm curls

DB Lateral Raise

Reverse Flies

Day 6 (Legs)

Hamstring Curls

Barbell Squat

Leg Extension

Calf Raise
