I think this is kinda too harsh probably ur skin is always dry af try to make it a little bit softer on the skin so it can heal faster or take ghk-cu beside it
Yea my skin is dry because of the isotret
you're doing all the things together I think you should make tret less weekly also the azelaic when ur on isotret and it will be drier with all these together not just the isotret as the reason your probably aging your skin pretty harshly and so fast this way if you can't do ghkcu with them all I recommend reducing a bit
