For Isotretinoin (accuatane) I take 40mg and it really reduce my oil production but I got back pain like everytime I get up from sleeping or laying down. And for the tretinoin I use 0.025 wlw% with sandwich method. I've doing these for over 2months

I got too many compliments these days bro. Tbh I still have too many acne scar on my forehead and cheeks. Last 2 weeks I got big purging from tretinoin I got 10 acne straight (didn't eat noodles, energy drink,sleep well but got 10 acne straight above my eyesbrows)

I know alot, just that your skin will get very sensitive and maybe a low % of tret may be ok but probably worth waiting after accutane do avoid excessive dryness
