Good for health except potassium.

800mg is basicly nothing. 1/5 of your rdi. Real Gs get their potassium through tomato paste

pattasium is prbbly unnecessary , better to switch to food-based
Vitamin D dose is kinda low . increase to 4.000 IU
yeah im alr eating a lot of potassium rich foods but i feel like its nearly impossible to actually reach the wanted levels o potassium exclusively through food

so what dose would u recommend to me just 5x?
I will always recommend whole foods over supplements and I have no clue what your dietary intake is.

I personally would bump it up to 2-3 grams for the optimal amount assuming you get 2-3k through diet

If you wanna get it through diet, tomato paste and potatoes is probably your best source

Supplements are cope muhhhh.

Most of them don’t get digested well and their bioavailability is shit.

Try to get them naturally by food/sun exposure (vitamin d3 is the last thing you want to take by artificial supplements, you literally have THE SUN, even if you don’t have much sun in your country the D3 pills are not equal to the sun.

The only thing you need here is Astaxanthin and creatine and maybe ashwaganda.

I won't say that these are cope just because you said so.
But I'm wondering what the goal you are seeking to achieve with these supplements is?
Like you're obviously not gonna ascend from this so I genuinely don't know lol

supps can improve ur health biomarkers and health indicators

u may be right but even if it just has a slight benefit i am willing to take it because vitamin d atleast is cheap as fuck
Doesn’t matter, your body can only reabsorb specific amounts of D3 a day, these “extra” pills of D3 won’t contribute you nothing other than money waste.

If you’re sunbathing for more than half a hour a day, you’re going to receive what your body needs.

In that case, yeah, you can take those pills, but you need to acknowledge your body don’t reabsorb them good, so you don’t get the exact amount you need a day.
