-vitamin d3 (1000iu)
-Potassium (800mg)
-Omega 3 + vitamin e (1400mg)
-8g creatine
-ashwaganda ksm-66 (600mg)
-magnesium (500mg)
I take these on a daily basis
Tell me what i should add and whats unnecessary or if i should change the doses
