Convincing them about the palate seems pretty easy as it is literally underdeveloped but I doubt they would be 100% on board with IMDO+MSDO as that seems more based cosemtically rather than misallignment. Which also might be a pain for insurance right? Also how closely related are those procedures to actual MSE or are they just to help balance out the face after the corrective MSE?

If u can Get the palate only it is still great. If u Get it for a discount/free. You can Get away with implants if needed after that. IMDO is basically MSDO+BSSO in 1 surgery

U can that aswell, But then ur bite will be further misalligned, and you would Get a huge discount if u combine MSE MSDO

Is it true of what the other guys saying where the surgery is only performed by one surgeon in Australasian or something or would most surgeons be able to do it alsong with MSE?

There are more surgeons that perform it. Not sure about the U.S though. But there are clinics in europe who perform both IMDO and MSE

My measurements for my ratios are as follows

6ft 1 inches 165lbs
(I'd estimate my bodyfat at around 17-18%)

Midface Ratio: 1.17
FWHR: 2.0

Facial Thirds:
Lower: 30.4%
Middle: 35.71%
Upper: 33.89%

Starting with my positives:
Good skin coloring and health for the most part (could be improved with better diet, sleep ect..)
Deep set eyes with neutral canthal tilt
Good eyebrows (could have better thickness I guess but I have no idea how to achieve that)
Good hair + Pheno
Fantastic high placed wide zygos

Now the negatives:
Mouth is slightly too thin
Horrible side profile
Short ramus (not exactly falio but not ideal either)
Seems like I have chin recession which doesn't make a whole lot of sense because my dental development is nearly perfect-
(never had braces and teeth are very straight)
Very concerned about my growth seeing it from the side profile
Bloated face -
(could be jordan barrett effect whereas I have a very wide face so it looks shitty at higher bodyfat% and with bloat meaning I gotta starvemaxx like a psycho)

What are your guys thoughts? What ways could I improve? What bodyfat% would you estimate me at currently in these photos?

Ok so plan rn. Have some consulting scheduled with multiple different orthodontic maxillofacial surgeons to figure out what the best course of action is. Asymmetry and lateral maxillary expansion are the top two concerns for sure. Narrow chin is also a concern especially in regards to expansion on the top jaw so I'll have to seriously investigate the possibility of MSDO or similar procedures with whatever surgeon I go with which I would prefer. Definitely need some palatal expansion (MSE likely). I am however very concerned about MSE worsening the current asymmetries I have so I need to gauge and/or carefully monitor what affect it has on my face and development. If/when I do MSE I'm definitely opting for a facemask to help advance maxilla which seems like it was cucked do to poor palatal development. After that depending on facial harmony gonion implants could be in my future along with other minor corrections/ implants / filler.

Also I am on my parents INCREDIBLE dental plan until 2026.
Might be high on copium right now but it seems like theres a light at the end of the tunnel mostly due to me having decently good upper facial harmony and proportions. Aside from poor lower third asymmetry and subsequent recession and underdevelopment from the narrow maxilla I might have a chance to at least be better than where I started.

Thoughts? Any glaring issues I'm missing?

Depends where u live, U most likely need on both palates, and that is the most common, if 1 palate is fucked its due to teeth extractions, but if not, then both palates grew wrong.

I think u need to be prepared to pay up to 30k USD if no insurance, albeit im not well versed in the US market for surgeons
