Monday: (upper body) 50 pushups
Tuesday: (lower body) 30sec flutter kicks 4Xs, 50 reverse crunches, 50 crunches, 100 lunges
Wensday: (cardio) 30 sec burpees 6Xs
Thursday: (upper body) 50 pushups
Friday: (lower body) 30sec flutter kicks 4Xs, 50 reverse crunches, 50 crunches, 100 lunges
Saturday: (cardio) 30 sec burpees 6Xs
With my current physique I personally think it's feasible
