Do forearm exercises. They are legit. I gained 0.25" of wrist size in a matter of months and all i did was forearm curls every other day. I went from 6.5" to 6.75".
Don't listen to the retards saying wrist size can't be maxed. I am living breathing proof that it can. Inb4 "you measured wrong " cope.

Its legit. I went from 6.25" wrists at 16 years old to 6.75" at 20. I didn't do any forearm exercises between 16 to 19 but over the past year i incorporated wrists curls, reverse curls, grip training and my wrists size changed quite quickly. There must be an upper limit of but i think i can Max it to 7![]()

Idc about weight or reps. Your forearm should feel the burn after a set that's all that matters. Do both forward curls as well as reverse curls. Static exercises are good too like farmer carry.3-4 times a week is enough? How often did you increase weight or focus on reps
