6.2 inch wrists at 6'2 height. should i bonesmash?

Do forearm exercises. They are legit. I gained 0.25" of wrist size in a matter of months and all i did was forearm curls every other day. I went from 6.5" to 6.75".

Don't listen to the retards saying wrist size can't be maxed. I am living breathing proof that it can. Inb4 "you measured wrong " cope.

3-4 times a week is enough? How often did you increase weight or focus on reps

Its legit. I went from 6.25" wrists at 16 years old to 6.75" at 20. I didn't do any forearm exercises between 16 to 19 but over the past year i incorporated wrists curls, reverse curls, grip training and my wrists size changed quite quickly. There must be an upper limit of but i think i can Max it to 7
Look at construction workers. Years of manual labour gives them gigawrists.

Idc about weight or reps. Your forearm should feel the burn after a set that's all that matters. Do both forward curls as well as reverse curls. Static exercises are good too like farmer carry.
You forearms are quite robust muscle and recover rather quickly. You can even do it everyday. Forearms rarely get sore.
Just make sure to not use too much heavy weight at first. Increase gradually. You don't want to damage the tendons. Let them strengthen gradually
