Rate + need advices

Hey, I'm 17yr, 18% BF, and I come with a few questions.

What should I change about my face, and what are the ways to do it, don't look into haircut because from the perm i need to cut all of my hair to recovery.

Im currently, on diet, also i'm taking:

- liposomal ashwagandha
- L-carnitine with berberine (Prescribed by a dietitian)
- Yohimbine

I should add that I currently wear braces.

increase potassium intake, change haircut, lose fat, start moisturizing face, try caffeine serum for your eyebags, shave facial hair, take your daily vitamins, and obviously stay consistent with the gym.

HM: guasha, zygo pushing, and chin tucking daily (might be cope, but i’ve personally seen some results from doing simple facial massages/exercises everyday.)

Regarding potassium, do you recommend any supplements? And what vitamins are you referring to?

Listen gang sometimes it's better to just give it up💔💔
 
Drop down another 7% on bf boyo then hop on eplerenone plus grow your hair out your maxilla looks kinda flat so lefort 2 in the future :Comfy:
