your entire body is lagging so I can't point towards anything specific.
yea well I had a long break from the gym and also lost a lot of weight (was 69kg in september jfl)
the first two weeks were mainly just getting my body adjusted back to lifting, only now I’m getting to the weights I lifted 6 months ago
should I just keep bulking?

you aren't really lean enough to do a good bulk but you'd get most of your size that you lost back from just eating at maintenance probably.

I used to gymcel mane, im less lean than you fo sho but not that fat. I think people made that assumption mostly because they saw my side profile where my tongue is below the mandibular border and thus looked like fat

yea I do on my left breast, not much I can do about it, had it all my life
how do you body recomp?
I worked a summer job so I didn’t lift because of that, then had a very bad heartbreak so I had zero motivation to workout

you shouldve had more motivation after a breakup jfl, even an hour a day would've been enough to make gains. atleast youre back now.

body recomp is prioritizing high protein and eating maintenance with low fat. Calculate your maintenance calories using https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html , and eat 200 less than what the website says your maintenance is (it's often inaccurate so just use it as a benchmark)

theres a bunch of videos on youtube as well so take what im saying with a grain of salt, perhaps guides on here as well. best of luck, you have a good starting point so just prioritize training shoulders and back (these r the most important for aesthetics), and only train incline bench (there are no downsides to doing this as your lower chest is stimulated just as much).'

spam jeff nippard videos to have correct form so you dont waste time in the gym. sleep well and take supplements and you'll be on your way towards a great physique.
