Rate physique. I lost 30 pounds and counting since September. Without a gym. Cardio, diet, push-ups, sit-ups, curls, planks and pull ups.

I’m tryna get leaner and I’m close to it. FYI before you suggest I get bloated, dont, I’m basically 5’7” so I can’t afford to look like a meatball.
