train shoulders the most and js overall train more, 3x a week is optimal
3x a week with enough rest is full bod which i dont got the time for
 
i meant go gym 4x times but 2x each muscle is good either way
ohhh mb i already do a/p front body and back body so 4 times a week training hitting dull body twice

you can either do ul twice or fb twice doesnt matter much, js make sure ur doing 4-6 reps with the last being 0-2 rir, try not going to failure
