He could but I don't think his soft tissue wouldn't respond well to bigger movement from mandible

He doesn't look recessed any more and he has insane harmony now

I would prefer better harmony over doggmaxxed

Ramieri does an amazing job with his LF 1 area and midface and lips from both front and profile.

This is were the guy get the most appeal now and it looks well above average.

He had LTN low MTN base and he's now low HTN. He couldn't go higher in PSL so insane bimax results.

The result looks good to me. Being conservative isn't always a bad thing.

The result looks natural and the rest of the maxilla doesnt' look left behind. Success.
