My major concern is having too much aha/bhas together with the retinol and vit c. What do you think?

yeah i wouldn't be surprised if it was too much, stuff like aha/bha is mainly used when you have a lot of underlying acne and clogged pores etc, if you are already on accutane then you only need the retinol and vit c

you should cut a lot of the stuff down and also look into beef tallow for moisturising, the fat in it mimics our bodies sebum so it doesn't cause clogging or anything, the comedogenic rating is low af

legit keeps ur skin moisturised 24/7 and full of bioavailable vit a and e

Niancinamide and vit c are ok but lactic acid and retinol are useless for instance

I can suggest you to try urea cream btw, easily the most blackpilled forgotten compound

Honestly I'd go with tallow if it were available around here lol. Wouldnt the sebum worsen my acne tho? My skin is naturally quite oily

Looks good, what is your product stack?

Honestly I'd go with tallow if it were available around here lol.
if you have time you can go to a butcher and ask them for grass fed beef fat, they give it for free usually, then watch video on how to render it (make it odourless) and turn it into a moisturiser, this is time consuming but if you get a lot of fat you can legit make years worth of it in one days work

Wouldnt the sebum worsen my acne tho? My skin is naturally quite oily
na you misunderstand, your body often produces too much sebum/u get oily skin cause the skin barrier is dry and ur skin is trying to compensate by producing a fuck ton more sebum, which ends up makin ur pores clogged etc

when u introduce something like beef tallow, your body recognizes it as a similar fat to sebum and stops producing so much sebum on its own cause it goes "oh sweet our barrier is moisturised already" if that makes sense

Links for these?

And nigga are you like covered in acne scars why do you need all this

I just double cleanse in the morning

Exfoliant + light scrub to mix it

after I wash it off I use benzoyl peroxide acne scrub in the shower

Then vit c serum + moisturizer + spf50

Then benzoyl peroxide at night

Then microneedle before vit c + moisturizer + tret + kojic acid mixed with dmso (weekly at most peels like a mf)

I just need a more comprehensive serum tbh

What's the eyebag serum? I can't find one that works for the life of me.
By the way, why Madecassoside? and why no Tretinoin?

I also assumed Volufiline wasn't meant as a long-term treatment.

Not us based
do you use topical ghk cu?
Will add to the stack later - do you recommend any? Was thinking about the "buffet + copper peptides" by the ordinary
You mess a single one of those percentages up and you look like a ghoul from Fallout.
Why do you say that lol?

Not us based - madecassoside for increased collagen production. For the volufiline I'll try it out and see how it goes tbh
where is your SPF??
Ngl I'm skeptical regarding SPF, mineral based or not
Product names instead of those descriptions?
Olha o site da Principia mano tem tudo e é com o mesmo nome
Didn't get tret since I need a prescription around here so the 0.3 retinol is going to have to suffice

Seems good but i’ve had more success with vitamin c pills as opposed to serum. Seems a bit overkill but good enough. Also chill out on the exfoliants, too much of those usually does more harm than good in the long run.

nothing skeptical about it, there's enough research to support its sun-protecting benefits

rather be safe than deal with effects, I doubt you'd experience any if you're not white

What's the goal here? You could remove like half of this and still get clear skin

Which spf would you recommend? Yeah I'm white
stop using retinol on accutane asap
