Hard to tell but the only logical explanation which comes to my mind is that females on average have just better posture, tongue posture and in general environmental influences . Don’t know why this would be the case tho

She has good bone mass, but that is no conclusion that women have better cranio-facial development, most women with that bone mass just look like men with laser hair removal. A bone structure like Lima is desirable for most women -

That slight softness in the chin, jaw and cheekbones looks more elegant on women and is ideal for them.
