i would say lip lift and maybe a canthoplasty, anything else seems above avg and you wouldnt have to risk getting botched for minimal changes and spending a lot of money, lip lift is not really expensive also

Lip lift would be a looksmin in his case, he already have pretty features and pretty face over all and it may make him looks gayish af, besides there could be scar depending on surgeon’s level

with lip lift is almost imposible if you get it done at a good place, and cantho yes is more probable but your cantal tilt is also a problem so i would risk it

theres a laser one that just removes the pigment off the iris so the blue of your eyes is technically natural, it looks good
