its ok bro i went thru clowning listen u look young so focus on maximizing whats left of ur puberty (good sleep, good diet, exercise lfestyle hormones, learn about ts basic stuff) ur side profile is acc pretty good u js look bloated and a lil chubby might have to cut down bf%. so stick to the basics, learn some shit here and relax u look young

last two days i only had bs responses from you i really appreciate that you acctualy want to give me advice now. i get it alot tho that when people look at my face for like a rating they tell me to lose fat but im acc at around 17% bf i don’t have belly fat or nothing everyone i meet when i tell them im on a diët they just laugh at me and tell them that i should eat alot more instead of eating less so i really dk
